Cannot find a package that fits?
Almost anything can be arranged at RUFF. Tell us what you would like to do, how many you will be and roughly what budget you have, and we will help you put it together.
Booking and cancellation terms for groups
For bookings of more than 20 people, we invoice 20 percent of the total booking value in advance upon confirmation. The amount is deducted from the final invoice.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 10 days before the booked date. For cancellations 7 to 9 days before the booking, 20% of the booking value is charged. For cancellations 7 days or less before the event, the full booked amount is charged.
The final number of guests must be confirmed no later than 5 days before the event. After that, the number of participants can be increased subject to availability, but not reduced without charge.
Any special orders or external costs already incurred by RUFF may be charged in addition to the cancellation fees above.
